Seriously?

If that truly is the case, then I guess we won't be working together.

I know you've probably heard the same tired line from any number of Real Estate Agents over the years and here I am trotting it out again; I understand your reluctance to believe me.

The difference from my point of view however, is that I'm not going to give you some inflated appraisal for your home and once you've listed with me, start 'educating' you and asking you to reduce your price every five minutes.

If we look at the facts of the current market, the presentation and features of your home, the competition and number of buyers, then work together to establish the right price for your property from the outset, we avoid all that silliness.

Quite aside from the Industry Code of Conduct which ensures my Duty of Care to all my clients (by law), it's just logic really ... what sort of Real Estate Agent would I be if I actively sought to get the lowest price, or even an average price, for my clients?

Answer : an unemployed, starving and potentially homeless Real Estate Agent.

And who would want to list their property to achieve less than the best price?
